Custom Orders

Custom cake orders may require a consultation and a deposit. Please ensure all design details, flavors, and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly.

Pricing

Payments

We accept secure payments via BOV Mobile or Revolut. Full payment may be required at the time of order.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full or partial refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for orders canceled after this period or for cakes that have already been picked up or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 to 4 hours so we can resolve it.

4. Allergies and Dietary Information

We offer cakes that may contain allergens such as eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely allergen-free.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions before placing your order.
