Allergens – although Sugargeeks Malta will take all the necessary precautions, our items are prepared in kitchens handling allergenic ingredients including milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts and cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye and barley), fish, soya, sesame seeds, celery and more. Therefore customers should be aware that we cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of items having traces of allergenic ingredients and customer discretion is advised.
Custom Orders – Additional charges will be applicable, however a face-to-face meeting is strongly recommended so that Sugargeeks Malta will be able to collect all the relevant order information and produce a product which is tailored to the customer’s needs. This is to safeguard both parties and a completed order form provided on site will be required with be required to be signed when the deposit is made.
Pricing and Payment – All prices on our website are in Euro and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. By placing an order on our website, you agree to pay the full amount of the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. All pricing may be reviewed and adjusted by Sugargeeks from time to time.
Shipping and Delivery – We ship some of our products within Malta and the European Union (those that do not use buttercream and are less perishable). Shipping rates will be calculated on a case by case basis and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns/Refunds – If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or contact us as soon as you notice something isn’t right with your item. If needs be, you may return it to us within 24 hours of receiving it for further inspection. Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis.
Shipping – If items are shipped abroad, we cannot take responsibility for the handling of the item while in transit, therefore fees or items shipped abroad are non-refundable.
Exceptions – We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customized or personalized items, or items that have been opened or broken/bit into. We also do not issue refunds for shipping costs.

Processing and Delivery Time – We strive to process and and deliver items as quickly as possible, however for custom orders we will define a delivery date and time and this will be stipulated in a signed agreement if the order is of more than 150 euro. Please note that during busy periods or holidays, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping your order.
Delivery Address – Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures that occur as a result of incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Delivery Notification – We will notify you via email or text message once your order is close to being delivered.
